Nua Cider is 100% apple. Made off rare Portuguese apple varieties from Minho (North of Portugal).
In this region was usual to bake apples on Christmas Eve with green wine and sugar, it was part of the tradition!
And in Easter, the same variety of apples were offered to the local priest, clearly demonstrating the durability of this apple.These varieties bring a unique flavor to the surface and that, makes this Cider completely
