For seven bucks (and probably less than that in selected markets) you get a very nice Cabernet Sauvignon. Only Gallo consistently knows how to do this kind of stuff, making a wine that’s so rich and flavorful at this everyday price, which is a full dollar less than last year. —Steve Heimoff,
